2. User Interaction Disclaimer (No Liability)

HCS Life SRL provides a platform for community interaction but is not responsible for the conduct of any member, either online or offline. You agree that:

• We do not conduct criminal background checks or verify the statements of our members.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. HCS Life SRL is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your choice to communicate with or meet others from the platform.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content or the identity of any member.

3. Reporting and Blocking

To maintain a safe environment, we provide tools for users to self-moderate:

• Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any content or behavior that violates these Terms or Romanian law via the “Report” button or by emailing support@meetditto.love.
• Blocking: You have the right to block any member at any time to prevent them from seeing your profile or contacting you.
• Our Rights: Under the Digital Services Act (DSA), we reserve the right to remove content, shadow-ban, or permanently terminate accounts that receive multiple valid reports.

4. Prohibited Content

As a community platform, users are responsible for the content they post. You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or “potentially harmful” content as defined by Romanian law (inciting hatred, violence, or dangerous disinformation).
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other members.
• Upload content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Eligibility and Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

6. Membership and Payments

• Subscription: If you purchase a paid membership, billing starts on the date of access.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bucharest, Romania.
